Anna Grear: “The DNA of Our Legal System”

Nov 04, 2014

A great 12 minute TEDx Bonn talk by Anna Grear titled “The DNA of Our Legal System” can be viewed by clicking the title above. Anna is a powerful and thoughtful presenter and her lecture makes clear the conceptual foundations undergirding the unconscionable growth of corporate power we see today.

Anna is Reader in Law at Cardiff University Law School in the UK, Adjunct Associate Professor of Law, University of Waikato, New Zealand, Director of the Global Network for the Study of Human Rights and the Environment GNHRE), and co-founder and co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Human Rights and the Environment.

GNHRE and EHRA, along with the Human Rights Consortium at the University of London, co-authored the Human Rights Assessment of Fracking in the UK. That Report was commissioned by the Bianca Jagger Human Rights Foundation and launched in London on Oct 30, 2014.
