    Purpose of the report: to provide Forest Capital Partners, and Community Rejecting Aerial Spraying of Herbicides with a list of human rights norms of concern associated with FCP’s proposed aerial herbicide spray near Waldport, Oregon; to outline FCP’s potential liabilities; and to describe pathways FCP can take to reduce those liabilities
    Outcome: Aerial spray plans rescinded
